Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No. 22 dated 24.02.2020 registered under Sections 457, 380, 411 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Rajpura, District Patiala. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 10.04.2023, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court on the date fixed i.e. 17.04.2023. On that day, the petitioner could not furnish the surety bonds and made a request that some time be given for furnishing the surety bonds. However, personal bonds were

furnished. The prayer of the petitioner was allowed and he was given ten days time to furnish surety bonds. Thereafter, the petitioner has furnished the surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. In this regard, the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the order dated 17.04.2023, which reads as under:- "File taken up today on the application moved by applicant/ accused Amrik Singh @ Golu through counsel for granting bail. Sh.Gurinder Singh, Advocate filed power of attorney on behalf of accused Amrik Singh.
Perusal of the file shows that copy of order dated 10.04.2023 passed by Hon'ble High Court already received from Hon'ble High Court. Heard. In compliance of aforesaid order dated 10.04.2023 passed by Hon'ble High Court, accused Amrik Singh is admitted to bail on furnishing requisite bail bonds and surety bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount.
The accused further moved application for granting some time for furnishing the surety bonds as today he could not arrange the surety. Heard. Request allowed. Personal bonds are furnished,

which are checked, attested and accepted. Applicant/accused Amrik Singh is directed to furnish regular bail bonds and surety bonds within 10 days from today. Now, to come up on the date fixed i.e. 12.06.2023."

The factual status of the case has been admitted by the learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh.

In view of above, the interim order dated 10.04.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on appearing before the trial Court regularly.

Petition stands disposed of.
