ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.1257 dated 08.12.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC and 24 of the Emigration Act, 1983 at Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 12.01.2018, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. It is further submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Dinesh Kumar, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.01.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
