The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.187 dated 21.06.2023 under Sections 406, 420 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Hassanpur, District Palwal.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file afresh. 4.
