Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.12 dated 27.02.2024, under Sections 302, 307, 34 of IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, (Police challan under Sections 302, 307, 34, 120-B of IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act) registered at Police Station Punjab Agriculture University (PAU), District Ludhiana, Punjab.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she wants to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
