The present petition has been filed seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 95 dated 26.06.2024, under Sections 148, 149, 313, 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Uttawar, District Palwal (Annexure P-1). 2.

Vide order dated 20.03.2025, the arrest of the petitioner has been stayed in terms of order passed in CRM-M-6283-2025. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Abhishek states that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 13.09.2025 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 4.

In light of the above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 20.03.2025, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the PARUL 2025.09.16 10:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2- CRM-M-14692-2025 investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 482 of BNSS, 2023. 5.

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 6.

It is made clear that, in case, the petitioner is found involved in any such activity once again, the present concession granted shall automatically stand vacated.

It is further made clear that this order shall not be construed as parity qua any other co-accused.
