Learned counsel for the petitioner heard.

It is apparent that the petitioner is employed in Tech Mahindra, IT Park,Chandigarh. It is stated that respondents 4 and 5 are her superiors and on 23.7.2015 they have caused harassment to her. It is also not in dispute that a DDR was lodged on the same day i.e. 27.7.2015. From the reading of the complaint as set out in the petition also it appears to be a case of rude behaviour and not of sexual harassment. Police has probably also investigated the allegations and found the same unfit for taking further action. Dismissed.

The petitioner, if still dissatisfied, is free to file her complaint to be decided in accordance with law. 04.09.2015.
