This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 93 dated 30.07.2015 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, district Moga.
Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from H.C. Mangal Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated September 07, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated September 07, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
