Petitioner has been involved in a blind FIR on the allegation that he had robbed loaded truck of the complainant. The petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 27.5.2015. The petitioner has been involved in the case on the basis of his confessional statement recorded while he was in custody in another case. The challan has already been presented.

This petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
