SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Petition in hand is the third plea by the petitioner to seek regular bail in case bearing FIR No.4 dated 03.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2) of BNS (341 IPC), 304 of BNS (new addition), 324(4) of BNS (427 IPC), 191(3) of BNS (148 IPC) and 190 of BNS (149 IPC), at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2.
