(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed raising challenge to the order dated 20.03.2018 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram, vide which the learned Court below has imposed a sum of Rs. 15,000/- per month as rent to respondent No. 1 and a sum of Rs. 25,000/- as maintenance to respondent No. 2-minor son. 2.

In furtherance to the order dated 28.07.2025, the report has been received from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Gurugram, whereby, the Mediation had taken place and both the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes. As per the said settlement, the parties have to file divorce petition by mutual consent under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act on or before 30.09.2025 which has yet not been done.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the compromise also records that the petitioner will withdraw the present revision petition.

In light of the above, the present revision petition stand disposed of and the parties are bound down to fulfill their obligations as agreed upon in the compromise.

The parties are also at liberty to seek revival of the petition, in case, any cogent cause of action survives.
