Petition has been filed under Section 483 BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.51 dated 07.09.2024 under Section 108/3(5) of BNS 2023, registered at Police Station Dorangla, District Gurdaspur.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that present regular bail application has rendered infructuous on acquittal of petitioner in the said FIR. Therefore, he is withdrawing the present petition. 3.
