(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioners who claim themselves to be major have approached this Court seeking protection of their lives as they apprehend threat to the same, having married against the wishes of their parents and relatives.

The petitioners have already made representation dated 13.6.2020 (Annexure P-6) to the police.

While refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Nuh (respondent No.2) to get the alleged threat perception of the petitioners examined expeditiously, in PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.06.17 16:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CRWP-3825-2020 (O&M) accordance with law and necessary steps as may be warranted under the facts and circumstances of the case be taken thereupon forthwith. Respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Nuh shall also specifically examine as to whether the marriage was solemnized out of free will of petitioner No.1Vandana or not. A copy of this order be sent to Superintendent of Police, Nuh (respondent No.2), so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously. It is however, clarified that the aforesaid order shall not be construed to be an expression as regards validity of the alleged marriage of the parties.
