Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to register case against Gulshan Lal son of Sh. Balwant Singh, resident of village Bokkar Dogran, Tehsil and District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a complaint dated 12.7.2017 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.3Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, but the same remained unattended till now.
