Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No.18, dated 09.01.2015, under Sections 186, 332, 353, 307, 427, 379, 411, 279 and 336 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari.

Heard.

Admittedly, co-accused of the petitioners were granted bail by this Court vide order Annexure P-3. Petitioners are in custody since 09.01.2015.

Since co-accused of the petitioners were granted bail by this Court vide Annexure P-3, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioners be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rewari.
