Petitioner (Amarjit Kaur) has filed the instant Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
