(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State, wherein, it has been stated that the petitioner was employed through outsourcing agency, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy before the Competent Court of Law for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the present writ petition.
