The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS/482 of Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to official respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily on the basis of the complaint filed by respondent No.5 with a further prayer to issue appropriate directions to respondent No.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 23.02.2026 given by the petitioner. .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 23.02.2026 (Annexure P-2) to respondent Nos.2 and 3, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 23.02.2026 (Annexures P-2) filed by the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and to grant immediate protection, if any threat to the life and liberty to the petitioner, is perceived. It is being clarified that this order shall not be taken to grant immunity to the petitioner for legal action for violation of law, if any, committed by him.
