The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking quashing of FIR No.99 dated 16.03.2023 under Section 120B of IPC, 1860 and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and the final report dated 26.01.2024 and all subsequent proceedings in view of violation of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 read with LPG (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 2000. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to raise all the pleas as stated herein, before the trial Court concerned at an appropriate stage. 3.

In view of above, the prayers so made is allowed, with liberty aforesaid.
