(ORAL) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the respondent No.2 and 3 to take action against the private respondents in Cross case bearing GDR No.39 dated 14.03.2023 under Section 324, 341, 148, 149 IPC Police Station Dasuya. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 12.03.2023 (Annexure P-6) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur-respondent No.2, but the same has not been decided till date. He further submits that the petitioner would be content if his representation is decided within a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Himani Arora, AAG, Punjab, appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. A copy of the paper book be supplied to her during the course of the day.
