Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against State of Haryana and other respondents for issuance of directions to official respondents No.1 to 4 to provide adequate security and protection of the life and liberty from respondents No.5 to 7 with a further direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to not to harass and interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners. Notice of motion was issued in this case and learned State counsel appeared and contested the petition but none appeared on behalf of respondents No.5 to 7 despite service. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as VINEET GULATI 2016.02.15 16:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-29015 of 2015 -2learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that earlier vide order dated 28.08.2015, interim direction was issued that the petitioners will not be forcibly taken in custody by any of the respondents on the allegations that petitioner No.2 has been kidnapped and abducted by petitioner No.1.

In the present petition, the petitioners have stated that they have married with each other and it is a inter caste marriage and respondents No.5 to 7 are giving threats etc. to them. The petitioners came present in the Court in-person and stated that they still feel threat to their life. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and without going into the validity of the marriage, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the petitioners to contact respondent Nos.4, who, after his satisfaction that the petitioners are actually facing threat, shall take necessary steps to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners from private respondent Nos.5 to 7, as per law.
