(Oral) Learned State counsel has made statement, on instructions from ASI Rajpal, Police Station Kundli, District Sonepat that after receipt of DNA report-Diatome report, the investigations have progressed and has assured that the same shall be expedited.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving the right of the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court in case of any such eventuality. Allowed to do so.
