*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.84 dated 08.02.2018, under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC (later on Section 409 IPC also added) registered at Police Station Dadri Sadar, District Charkhi Dadri.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Ajit Singh submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 19.07.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed off accordingly.
