(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice and sealing office order dated 01.02.2024 and 22.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) and (Annexure P-2) vide which the office of instant petitioner has been arbitrarily ordered to be sealed thereby violating the principles of natural justice and settled position of law. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondent authorities to de-seal the office of petitioner as the same was not in violation of any statute and was being run only as an office of a professional (Advocate) by the petitioner's son.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars.

Allowed to do so.
