This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to register an FIR against respondent no. 4. According to counsel for the petitioner, respondent no. 4 threatened the petitioner that he would be killed. He had a knife in his hand at that time.

It appears that petitioner and respondent no. 4 are already having civil as well as criminal litigation pending against each other. This court is not inclined to issue any direction for registration of FIR as inherent jurisdiction cannot be used for settling personal scores. Dismissed.
