AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking direction to respondent No.2 to take action against respondent No.4 for performing fake marriage forcibly against her wishes by giving threats to the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members and for harassing and humiliating her under the garb of alleged fake marriage, with a further direction to respondent No.2 to take action on the representation dated 10.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) and also to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of respondent No.4.
The petitioner has already sought the protection from this Court, vide order dated 01.05.2017 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation dated 10.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) has been made to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur.

CRM-M No.29083 of 2017 {2} In my view, the petitioner has independent remedy under Section 11 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy, in accordance with law.
