This order shall dispose of the above mentioned two petitions wherein petitioners Sanju @ Gandhi and Pinki, seek grant of regular bail in a case registered vide FIR No. 358, dated 10.8.2019, Police Station Sadar Thanesar, District Kurukshetra, under Section 302 IPC (Sections 201 and 120-B IPC added later on).

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Dinesh has informed that prosecution evidence stands concluded and all the 21 PWs have been examined.

In view of the aforestated position i.e. the fact that the trial is at its fag end and bearing in mind the nature of allegations, this Court does not deem it appropriate to order for release of the petitioners at this stage. Both the petitions, as such are dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to ensure that conclusion of trial is not further delayed provided the defence counsel fully cooperates with proceedings of the trial.
