ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The present appeal pertains to the year 2019 and is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. On 12.07.2019 the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellants on the ground that he is in personal difficulty. On 24.07.2019 the counsel was directed to place on record the sale deed to show that during the pendency of the litigation the respondents have sold their share. On 16.11.2019 the case was yet again adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellants. On 02.12.2019 none appeared on behalf of the appellants. On 19.12.2019 some more time was sought to comply with the order dated 24.07.2019. On 08.03.2022 a request for a short adjournment was made on the ground that the counsel had missed the case in the cause list.
