(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.0018 dated 01.02.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 279 and 337 IPC registered at Police Station West Sector 11, Chandigarh, on the basis of compromise dated 29.07.2017 (Annexure P-3). Pursuant to the order dated 09.08.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 16.08.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.JMIC-AHL-2017/408 dated 18.08.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandigarh vide Endst. No.DSJ-EC-2017/10481 dated 18.08.2017. According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.
