VERSUS
State of Punjab ..... RESPONDENT(S) . . .
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI . . .
PRESENT: - Mr. H.P.S. Ishar, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Ramandeep Sandhu, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab.
. . .
AJAY TEWARI, J (Oral) After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would not press this petition on merits and petitioner would surrender before the Court and move an application for regular bail but the Court be directed to decide the same expeditiously. I find it a fair request. In these circumstances, present petition is dismissed.
It is directed that in case petitioner surrenders before the trial court on or before 03.05.2019 and moves an application for regular bail, same be decided expeditiously but in any case, on or before 07.05.2019. (Ajay Tewari) April 22, 2019 Judge avin Whether Speaking/ Reasoned:
