(Oral) Learned counsel submits that petitioner has made two representations (Annexures P-1 and P-2) against respondent No.4 that on 03.08.2016 at about 2.30 p.m. he had come to her house and committed rape upon her without her consent. No action has been taken by the official respondents till date. Moreover, there is not dispute pending between family members of the petitioner and respondent No.4. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Police Commissioner, Amritsar (respondent No.2), to look into the representations (Annexures P-1 & P-2), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
