ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel fairly points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment dated 02.11.2010, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 2386 of 1998 (O&M) [Hans Raj v. State of Haryana] and other connected matters, vide which the appeals arising out of the same acquisition, filed by the claimant/landowners as also the State were dismissed and the compensation awarded by the Reference Court at Rs. 1,05,400/- per acre, was affirmed. That being so, this appeal shall have to be dismissed in the same terms. Ordered accordingly.
