Learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a photocopy of the order passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur Lodhi and drawn attention to paragraph 12 of the same, as per which the complainant has compromised the matter with all the three accused and consequently, they have been acquitted in the matter. Paragraph 12 reads as under:- "12.
On the other hand, complainant has also suffered separate statement to the effect that he has compromised the matter with all the three accused and he further submitted that he has no objection, if the accused be acquitted. He further submitted that he had already received Rs.9 lacs from the accused out of the Court." In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
