(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Resham Singh in case FIR No.265 dated 12.04.2017 registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 199 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal, District Karnal.

On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 19.07.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
