They apprehended threat to their life at the hands of said respondents. It was further stated that the couple is residing H.No.73-B,Model Town,Phagwara,Kapurthala whereas respondents 4 and 5 are residents of Mehli Gate, Sacchara Mohalla,Phagwara,Kapurthala. At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parents of petitioner no.1 have accepted the marriage of the petitioners and hence seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
