The instant petition has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR No. 260 dated 21.10.2018 registered under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sohana, District Mohali and all further consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner.
