**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) This revision was directed against the order dated 6.8.2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Mohali vide which the revision filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

The matter was referred to Mediation where a compromise was effected which was reduced in writing.

Counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of compromise Rs. 50,000/- was paid earlier and today a draft of Rs. 1,50,000/- has been handed over to respondent No. 2. This is accepted by the respondent side. Counsel for both the sides state that the revision be disposed of in terms of the compromise.

Ordered accordingly.
