On 15.09.2022 the following order was passed:- "Present : None for the petitioner.

Mr. R.D. Sharma, DAG, Haryana.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Registry to issue notice to learned counsel for the petitioners as he may not be aware of the listing of the case.

Adjourned to 27.10.2022."

Office report reveals that counsel for the petitioner has been informed. It clearly shows that despite notice the counsel has chosen not to appear.
