This appeal has been filed by appellant/husband challenging judgment and decree dated 22.03.2018 passed by learned District Judge, Family Court, Sonepat whereby petition filed by respondent-wife seeking custody of the minor daughter was disposed of in view of statement of the appellant that he had handed over the custody of daughters aged 4 years and 1 year and that he has no objection if the petition is allowed. 2.

This appeal came up for hearing on 17.01.2020 and was adjourned for 21.04.2020 at written request of counsel for the appellant. Appeal then came up for hearing on 29.08.2022, after outbreak of Pandemic Covid-19 and case was adjourned at request of learned counsel for the applicant-appellant. Thereafter, learned counsel sought time to seek instructions on 09.01.2023 and then addressed a written request for adjournment on account of which the matter was adjourned from 09.02.2023 for today.
