In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to conduct fair investigation in FIR No. 125 dated 22.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 307, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Divisin No. 3, Jalandhar and further to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of accused in the aforesaid FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, is directed to decide the representation dated 14.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, is directed to look into the matter and decide the representation dated 14.07.2017 (Annexure P-3), moved by the petitioner in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
