(ORAL) The present writ petition has been filed seeking to challenge the impugned order of suspension (P-2), show cause notice (P-6) and chargesheet (P-4) issued to the petitioner herein. During the pendency of proceedings in this Court, it appears that the Department has concluded the enquiry and imposed punishment of stoppage of two future annual increments with temporary effect instead of dismissal from service vide order dated 13.11.2020, which is available on record as Annexure R-1.

In view of the said order, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 13.11.2020 in appropriate proceedings.
