******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that police has presented the challan in case bearing FIR No.223 dated 05.08.2014 registered at Police Station Urban Estate, Rohtak. In the investigation, all the petitioners have been found innocent and not challaned. Learned counsel for the respondent-State also submits that challan has been presented wherein the petitioners have not been arrayed as accused.

In view of the above development, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
