At this stage, Ms. Monica Chawla, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondents - UOI, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to her and submits that the passport of the petitioner is under printing and the same shall be dispatched to her shortly. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents - UOI, no further order is required to be passed and the present writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. 4.
