(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.28 dated 05.03.2022, registered under Sections 341, 323, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 307 IPC (added later on), at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar.

Vide order dated 28.04.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioners have been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation and that a compromise has also been effected between the parties. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bagwant AMAN JAIN 2022.09.02 17:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-17530-2022 (O&M) -2Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 does not dispute the fatcum of compromise.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 28.04.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
