(ORAL) Appeal herein is for setting aside of impugned judgment and decree dated 03.02.2023 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Amritsar vide which the petition under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the appellant for declaring marriage as annulled by way of a decree of nullity, was dismissed.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal and file an appropriate application before the Court of competent jurisdiction, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4.
