Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking protection of their life and liberty from respondent Nos. 1 to 3 as she apprehends to her life from private respondents.
Learned State counsel at the outset submits that FIR was registered on the complaint of the petitioner. According to him, investigation has been completed and final report is likely to be submitted before the competent court within one month.
As investigation has been completed, no cause of action survives in this petition. Petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedy available under the law.
