This Court in a writ petition being CWP-19887-1998 titled as 'State of Punjab & Ors. Versus Joint Development Commissioner & Ors.' had remanded the matter back to the Collector concerned vide order dated 01.03.2024.

The grouse of the petitioner is that the matter has now been adjourned sine die by the Collector concerned. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents has informed the Court, on instructions from Sh. Rajwinder Singh, BDPO, Majri, that the file of the present case had been misplaced, however, the same has now been traced and that the matter would be concluded positively within a period of six weeks from today.
