Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.421, dated 28.06.2015, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 506 and 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

Heard.

It is a case of version and cross version. Petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2015. Petitioner had also suffered injuries in the occurrence. Challan has already been presented in the Court. Conclusion of trial may take time.
