(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to hand over investigation in case FIR No. 0184 dated 07.12.2017 (Anneure P-1) under Sections 279, 327 and 427 IPC, Police Station Dugri, Ludhiana, to a officer not below the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police. Heard.
