**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed for quashing of criminal complaint bearing No.96 dated 29.05.2008, along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 14.02.2019 (Annexure P-2), arrived at between the parties. Vide order dated 23.05.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate had been directed to record the statements of the parties with regard to the genuineness and authenticity of the compromise.

In compliance thereof, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala, has submitted a report, vide letter dated 29.07.2019, which indicate that the parties did not appear before him for recording their AMAN JAIN 2022.09.14 10:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-15143-2019 (O&M) -2statements with regard to the compromise.

The parties were relegated to record their statements way back in the year 2019, and till date, they have not even made any request or moved any application to grant another opportunity for recording their statements.

Since the parties have not complied with the orders passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and have not bothered to get their statements recorded, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Dismissed.
