ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of the FIR No.3 dated 26.01.2017 registered under Sections 379 and 420 IPC at Police Station City Banga.

Short affidavit on behalf of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Banga, District SBS Nagar filed in the Court is taken on record.

As per the said affidavit, it is submitted that the police has submitted a cancellation report before the trial Court and the same was accepted on 27.09.2017.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed having been rendered infructous.
